Partners in Health is hiring Contact Tracers, Resource Coordinators and Case Investigators to reach out to all Massachusetts contacts of COVID patients, counsel them on testing and quarantine, refer them for testing, and connect them to necessary resources throughout their quarantine. This is in tandem with Commonwealth-wide efforts to increase testing, improve communication, and implement isolation and quarantine. Contact Tracer

The Contact Tracer will use a web-based client resource management (CRM) platform to call all contacts of anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 to document a symptom check, refer them for testing according to established protocols, and provide them with instructions for quarantine. Contact Tracers are required to follow all scripts, policies and procedures provided by PIH, and comply with Department of Public Health training regarding confidential information related to personal information.

Care Resource Coordinator 

COVID Care Resource Coordinator (CRC) as a core component of the Community Tracing Collaborative (CTC) and are charged with supporting individuals requiring additional support from the CTC, such as help identifying sufficient food. CRCs also do community outreach on themes that have emerged as needs.

Case Investigator

The Case Investigator will supervise a unit of 7 to 10 people working remotely. This unit will be collectively responsible for calling people with COVID-19, helping make care plans for people with COVID-19, identifying and collecting contact details of people with COVID-19 and their contacts, and connecting contacts with various services (including social support structures, testing, clinical care, etc.). 

University College Liaison

The Contact Tracing Collaborative (CTC) University College Liaison will be PIH’s key relationship manager with university and college administration, will be directly responsible to engage in high level communications with senior college and university administrators, and will join a group of several other liaisons who will work collaboratively with other teams in the CTC to assist the institutes of higher learning within the Commonwealth in the work to minimize the spread of COVID-19.

Contact Tracer Supervisor

The Contact Tracing Supervisor will join a group of several other supervisors who will jointly be responsible for oversight of 500+ Contact Tracers, 100+ Case Investigators, and 75+ COVID Care Resource Coordinators working remotely. This team of Contact Tracers and Case Investigators will be primarily responsible for calling all contacts of anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 to do a symptom check, refer them for testing, and provide them with instructions for quarantine.
