Now, we’re trying to help with another urgent need: building a surge staffing capability to support the residents and staff at nursing homes and residential care facilities across the State. We don’t need a long-term commitment, although that’s certainly a welcome possibility. Right now, we need nursing professionals like you to fill critical staffing gaps, providing short-term staffing support in 2-week increments.
Our citizens in these care facilities need your help now, and we're hoping you will come to the rescue. Your 2 weeks of work will be have a huge impact on our community, giving health care colleagues around the State critically needed support. You’ll also receive competitive pay, signing bonuses, plus housing and childcare support if necessary.
About the Position
Licensed Practical and Vocational Nurses
Certified Nursing Assistants and Patient Care Technicians
Resident Care Assistants
Physical Therapists and Assistants
Occupational Therapists and Assistants
Signing bonus of $1,000 after completing 4 weeks of work or $500 bonus after completing 2 weeks of work
Competitive salaries and shifts negotiable with hiring facility
If you are receiving unemployment benefits, you can temporarily work part-time hours for a long-term care facility without losing your eligibility.
